Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. Your data is always safe — downgrading never deletes your records.
Are there transaction fees on rent payments?
Today you record payments manually, so there are no transaction fees. When online rent collection launches, payments will run through PayMongo, which charges a processing fee per transaction (typically 2.5–3.5% depending on method). RentFlow PH will not add its own fee on top of that.
How do I get on the Pro plan?
We're an early-stage product, so online billing for Pro is rolling out soon. Start free on Starter today — when paid plans go live we'll help you upgrade, and your data carries over untouched.
How many units can I add?
During our beta the Starter plan comes with generous unit limits, so you can get your whole portfolio in. As paid plans roll out, Starter will settle at up to 3 units — we'll give you plenty of notice and never delete your records.
